Extreme abrasion-resistant electrode
Product description
High-efficiency electrode (200%) depositing a steel with a very high content of carburizing elements. Specially designed for the hardfacing of parts subject to very high friction stresses at high temperatures, particularly in the presence of mineral materials. Service temperatures can reach 550°C without any noticeable change in abrasion resistance. Excellent weldability, very gentle melting without spattering, no slag.
Main applications: screw conveyors, blast furnace bells, mixers, cement and tile factories, and in general for all parts also subject to extreme abrasion.
