Basic electrode for creep-resistant steels

Product description

Low-hydrogen chromium-molybdenum basic electrode designed for welding creep-resistant steels (1% Cr – 0.5% Mo). Excellent resistance to temperatures around 500°C to 550°C. Superheaters, piping, boilers. Smooth melting, easy slag removal, attractive bead appearance.

Main sectors of use: petrochemicals, chemicals.

Vacuum-packed 5 or 6Kg electrode for welding highly stressed steel assemblies (carbon and carbon manganese) (tensile strength up to 510 MPa).
