HF 41S
Extreme abrasion-resistant electrode
Product description
High-efficiency (190%) basic hardfacing electrode containing a very high content of carburigenic elements. For hardfacing parts subject to very high abrasion or friction, in corrosive environments and at high temperatures (up to 450°C). Good shock resistance. Very easy to weld and with a very pleasant melting, this electrode features a slag-free deposit.
Main applications: valves, mixer blades, scrapers, conveyor and press screws, ploughshares, disintegrators, mineral crushers.
