Stainless basic electrode 13% Cr – 4% Ni
Product description
Basic electrode for assembly and hardfacing of martensitic Cr-Ni steels, specially designed for assembly and repair of pumps and turbines in cast steels. Pleasant melting, good bath handling, good slag release and good bead appearance.

Short-arc welding.
Preheat the workpiece to 100-150°C, then maintain this temperature during the welding operation, followed by slow cooling in still air. Temper annealing recommended at 580-620°C.
