Why choose ABARFIL 410?
-
Good resistance to wear and moderate corrosion
➤ Thanks to its chromium content (~12-13%), this wire offers effective protection against oxidation and mildly corrosive environments. -
High mechanical strength after heat treatment
➤ The deposited metal can be quenched and tempered to hardnesses of 200 to 500 HB, depending on the treatment chosen. -
Suitable for martensitic stainless steels and mild steels
➤ Ideal for welding stainless steels 410, 403, 420 (in certain cases), and for light abrasion-resistant hardfacing. -
Good machinability of the
deposit ➤ Once welded and tempered, the metal is easy to machine, which is an advantage in maintenance or toolmaking. -
Solid wire = stability and cleanliness
➤ Provides a clean, precise deposit with a good bead appearance, suitable for automation or workshop welding.
