Specially designed for position welding

 

Also suitable for flat welding

Can be welded with mixed gas or CO2

APPLICATIONS

Assembly of steels with alloying element contents between 22 – 26% Cr and

11 – 14% Ni and ferritic stainless steels

Welding 18Cr – 8Ni steels in corrosive environments requiring alloyed deposited metal

 

Joining stainless steels with non- or low-alloy steels

 

Reconstitution or undercoating before plating or reloading

 

Repair work on steels with limited weldability

 

Examples:

Heterogeneous joints between stainless steels type 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 318, 316Ti, 321, 410, 1.4713,

1.4724, 1.4742, 3Cr12 and non/low-alloy CMn steels.

Operating temperatures up to 400°C
