Product application instructions
APPLICATIONS
– Assembly of steels with alloying element contents between 22 – 26% Cr and
11 – 14% Ni and ferritic stainless steels
– Welding 18Cr – 8Ni steels in corrosive environments requiring alloyed deposited metal
– Joining stainless steels with non- or low-alloy steels
– Reconstitution or undercoating before plating or reloading
– Repair work on steels with limited weldability
Examples:
– Heterogeneous joints between stainless steels type 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 318, 316Ti, 321, 410, 1.4713,
1.4724, 1.4742, 3Cr12 and non/low-alloy CMn steels.
