Hardfacing electrode for impact wear
Product description
Basic electrode with 120% efficiency for hardfacing parts subjected to the combined action of mineral or metal abrasion in the presence of impact and pressure. The deposit is tough and resistant to cracking. Also used for hardfacing cold-cutting tools.
Main applications: Marble presses, tile presses, gear presses, rope reels, dredging buckets, mill parts, gear rings, cutting tools…

Vacuum-packed 5 or 6Kg electrode for welding highly stressed steel assemblies (carbon and carbon manganese) (tensile strength up to 510 MPa).
