Product description
Rutile-coated electrode for hardfacing machine, construction or tool parts that have to withstand medium friction due to high pressure and impact. Compact, crack-free deposit. Deposit can be machined with carbide or ceramic tools. Excellent weldability even with very low firing voltage, smooth melting, low spattering, self-removing slag, excellent bead appearance.
Uses: Reloading of shears, sprockets, buffers, gaskets, excavator parts, railroad switches, track links, crane rollers and bearing races, bearing seats, die repair…
