Product description
Rutile-coated electrode for hardfacing parts of machines, structures or tools that have to withstand moderate friction associated with medium pressures. Good cavitation resistance and very high impact strength. Compact, crack-free deposit, machinable by tool. Excellent weldability, even with very low firing voltage, smooth melting, low spatter, self-removing slag and excellent bead appearance.
Applications: Rail and switch reloading, various rollers and bearing races, bearing seats, etc.
