Basic electrode with very high yield strength

Product description

Basic electrode, depositing a highly crack-resistant steel with very high yield strength. Nickel, Chromium,
Molybdenum and Manganese deposition for welding similar fine-grained steels (operating temperature: -40 to + 450°C).
Examples: Coated hardened steels, low-alloy steels and pressure vessels.
Very good radiographic quality, very low diffusible hydrogen content (<3 ml H2/100g metal deposited), pleasant melting, stable arc,
low spatter and good slag release.

Why choose this basic electrode?

Vacuum-packed 5 or 6Kg electrode for welding highly stressed steel assemblies (carbon and carbon manganese) (tensile strength up to 510 MPa).

It features excellent mechanical properties, particularly at low temperatures.
