Why use FCW M Mo?

  • Alloyed with Manganese and Molybdenum (M Mo) :

    • Manganese: improves the mechanical strength and ductility of the deposited metal.

    • Molybdenum: increases tensile strength, crack resistance and heat resistance, while maintaining good toughness.

  • Very good resistance to hot cracking: particularly useful for sensitive steels or multi-pass welding.

  • Excellent arc stability: even at high currents, which is crucial for high-speed automatic welding.

  • Excellent weld seam appearance: smooth, even, without excessive spatter.

  • Reduced smoke generation: compared to other cored wires, this improves working conditions, especially in robotized cabs.

  • Very good deposition rate: increases productivity compared with solid wire, with rapid melting and optimized penetration.

  • Versatile application: suitable for a wide range of low-alloy and non-alloy steels.
