– Flux-cored wire for submerged arc hardfacing
– Deposits a martensitic-type alloy offering good resistance to frictional and impact wear
– Welded with WAF 325 agglomerated flux, the resulting deposit is clean and free of slag adhesions

APPLICATIONS
FCW L S is used for hardfacing applications requiring good resistance to metal-on-metal wear, as well as low-stress abrasion with or without significant impact
Examples : Bucket teeth and blades on mechanical shovels, hammers and jaws on crushers, drill bits, cutting tools, shredding tools, conveyor chains, extrusion screws…
