FCW DCO G
Cored wire for gas-shielded arc-cladding
Product description
Cored wire for gas-shielded arc-cladding
The deposited alloy, alloyed with chromium, cobalt and molybdenum, resists wear caused by cavitation, erosion, metal-to-metal friction and fatigue. It retains these properties at high temperatures, and also offers a degree of corrosion resistance.
Product application instructions
APPLICATIONS
FCW DCO G is suitable for coating stamping and hot-forging dies, continuous casting cylinders, pumps for hot fluids, and more.
Welding positions
FCW DCO G (Ø 1.2 & 1.6 mm) can be welded both flat and in position. Adapt transfer mode and parameters as for solid wire
