– The deposited metal consists of a martensitic matrix in which carbides of high hardness are distributed. This structure offers an optimum compromise between resistance to abrasion, frictional wear and impact.
– 2-3 layers recommended for abrasion resistance

APPLICATIONS
FCW L O is used for hardfacing applications requiring good resistance to metal-on-metal wear, as well as low-stress abrasion with or without significant impact
Examples: Bucket teeth and blades on mechanical shovels, hammers and jaws on crushers, drill bits, cutting tools, shredding tools, conveyor chains, etc.
Welding positions: Flat, semi-mounted, semi-descended.
