Why choose this cored wire?

  • Exceptional resistance to extreme impact
➤ Ideal for highly aggressive environments where parts are subjected to intense impact.

  • Pronounced work-hardening effect
➤ The deposited metal hardens under mechanical stress (up to 55 HRC), considerably extending part life.

  • Very good toughness
➤ Deposit highly resistant to cracking, even on massive parts or in intensive service.

  • Multi-layer reloading possible
➤ Allows restoration of heavily worn parts without fear of internal cracking.

  • Compatible with many types of steel
➤ Particularly manganese and low-alloy steels.
