Why choose this cored wire?
-
Very good toughness of the deposited metal
Thanks to its basic powder, this wire produces a highly resilient weld metal, even at low temperatures (generally tested at -40°C). This makes it ideal for dynamic applications and cold conditions. -
Low level of diffusible hydrogen
The suffix JH4 indicates a hydrogen level ≤ 4 ml/100g of deposited metal, which greatly limits the risk of cold cracking, particularly on sensitive or thick steels. -
Excellent behaviour in all positions
This wire can be welded in any position (including vertically upwards), which is an advantage on site or for complex assemblies. -
Very good slag cleaning
Slag is easy to remove, simplifying multiple passes and reducing finishing time.
