Product description
– Stainless steel flux-cored wire for gas-shielded welding
– Deposits a refractory stainless steel alloy
– Appropriate carbon and nitrogen levels provide good creep and sigmatization resistance
– Good resistance to sulfur in oxidizing environments thanks to limited nickel content
– High productivity for welding in horizontal position
– Can be welded with mixed gas or CO2
Product application instructions
APPLICATIONS
FCW S 309HT offers excellent resistance to hot oxidation and creep. The air scaling temperature of the deposited metal exceeds 1000°C, providing good resistance to fatigue and deformation due to rapid and repeated temperature variations.
