FCW Sub 22 9 3LS

Stainless steel flux-cored wire for submerged arc welding

Product description

 Stainless steel flux-cored wire for submerged arc welding

 Austenitic-ferritic deposit type 22% chromium – 9% nickel – 3% molybdenum – nitrogen – low carbon

 Excellent slag removal, even at the bottom of chamfers, good bead appearance

 High deposition rates, high deposition rates, good wetting properties and flexible parameter settings enable significantly higher productivity than corresponding solid wires

 Mineral additions to the filler improve both mechanical properties and resistance to cracking

 Very good radiographic quality
