APPLICATIONS
FCW Sub 318L is suitable for joining stabilized stainless steels with an alloying element content of 16-21% Cr, 6-13% Ni and up to 3% Mo. This wire is also used for hardfacing applications.

FCW Sub 318L is primarily used in the flat and horizontal-vertical positions. However, welds in other positions are also possible using the short-circuiting or pulsed arc modes of transfer
