Product description
Basic-coated hardfacing electrode with very high efficiency (200%). Highly alloyed deposit with elements that
form Carbides. Used for abrasion-, friction- and corrosion-resistant hardfacing. Easy-to-weld electrode,
smooth, even metal transfer, negligible slag, easy re-priming even on wet parts. Beautiful bead appearance. Hemispherical bead or
points provide excellent grip on the material to be ground.
Applications: Sugar cane mill roll reloading.
Product application instructions
Keep the arc short, guide the electrode at an angle of 80°C to the workpiece. Choose a low amperage to
limit base metal dilution.

Why choose this basic electrode?
Vacuum-packed 5 or 6Kg electrode for welding highly stressed steel assemblies (carbon and carbon manganese) (tensile strength up to 510 MPa).
It features excellent mechanical properties, particularly at low temperatures.
