HF 601RS

Hardfacing electrode for impact wear

Product description

Rutile electrode with 120% efficiency for the hardfacing of parts subjected to the combined action of mineral or metal abrasion in the presence of impact and pressure. The deposit is tough and resistant to cracking. Very pleasant melting without spattering. Very good slag release. Good bead appearance.

Main applications: Marble presses, tile presses, gear presses, rope reels, dredging buckets, mill parts, gear rings, cutting tools…
