Abranel 600HR

NiCrFe basic electrode for alternating current

Product description

Basic electrode with 150% efficiency depositing a Nickel-Chromium-Iron alloy for welding the same alloys, heterogeneous assemblies as well as cryogenic steels (5 and 9% Ni), high-temperature alloys, creep-resistant CrMo steels with stainless steels and repairing refractory steels.

Especially for AC welding.

Electrode steaming: 300°C/1h. Guide the electrode at 80° to the weld bead. Weld with a short arc, using the lowest possible current and limiting the sweep. For repairs, preheating depends on the steel to be welded. For some steels, a temperature of 100 to 250°C is recommended.

Why choose this basic electrode?

Vacuum-packed 5 or 6Kg electrode for welding highly stressed steel assemblies (carbon and carbon manganese) (tensile strength up to 510 MPa).

It features excellent mechanical properties, particularly at low temperatures.
