Copper-nickel electrode
Product description
Basic-coating electrode for welding CuNi alloys with nickel content up to 30% and for recharging the final layer on CuNi70/30 plated steels.
The deposit is corrosion-resistant for seawater. Mainly used for welding in all positions, except vertical down. Very easy to remove, regular beads.
Main applications: naval installations, fuel refineries, seawater desalination plants.

Vacuum-packed 5 or 6Kg electrode for welding highly stressed steel assemblies (carbon and carbon manganese) (tensile strength up to 510 MPa).
It features excellent mechanical properties, particularly at low temperatures.
