Acor Cu Al
Basic bronze-aluminium electrode
Product description
Basic-coating electrode for welding and hardfacing aluminum-bronze alloys (up to 10% Al), as well as for heterogeneous welding between steels and copper, cupro-aluminum alloys.
Also recommended for hardfacing on cast iron, alloy steels, copper, etc. Excellent weldability, very stable arc, low spatter, very good slag release.
Main fields of application: shipbuilding, chemical industry (seawater desalination), pump parts working in acid or seawater environments (propellers, propeller shafts, bearings, bushings, etc.).
