Abracrom 307 R VAC

Rutile stainless steel manganese electrode

Product description

Rutile electrode depositing a non-magnetic austenitic manganese stainless steel. Used for joining and hardfacing manganese steels up to 14% Mn or steels with high sulfur and phosphorus content. Also suitable for heterogeneous joints between structural steels, alloy steels and austenitic Cr-Ni steels. Also used as an undercoat before hardfacing. Repairs to parts exposed to impact or friction wear, excellent workability, easily removable slag, attractive bead appearance.

Applications:

Public works, railroads, cement works, armor plates, excavator buckets, crusher jaws, rails, …
