Why choose this cored wire?
-
Extreme resistance to dry abrasion
➤ Highly effective against wear from hard and fine materials (sand, clinker, ores, etc.). -
Very high deposit hardness
➤ Typically reaches 60 to 64 HRC, considerably extending the service life of recharged parts. -
Carbide-rich structure
➤ Presence of chromium carbides provides a hard, erosion-resistant barrier. -
Good surface finish and low bead wear
➤ Stable deposit, low cracking (under the right conditions), with good weld appearance. -
Typical use in fine passes, without heavy impact
➤ Not recommended for parts subjected to violent impact or mechanical deformation.
