FCW Sub 22 9 3LG
Slag-free stainless flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding
Product description
Slag-free stainless flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding
Austeno-ferritic deposit of the 22% chromium – 9% nickel – 3% molybdenum – nitrogen – low-carbon type
Increased weldability and productivity compared with corresponding solid wires
Very secure penetration, good wetting, excellent radiographic quality
High welding speed in horizontal position
Can be welded under pure argon, avoiding the use of nitrogen-doped gases
Product application instructions
APPLICATIONS
FCW S 22 9 3LG is suitable for joining and plating duplex stainless steels of the corresponding grade, as well as for heterogeneous assemblies between these steels and other stainless steels or non/low-alloy steels.
