Why choose this cored wire?

FCW SB 22 9 3L is a stainless steel flux-cored wire specially formulated for welding duplex stainless steels. Ideal for demanding industrial applications, it guarantees high-quality welds with excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.

Key benefits of FCW SB 22 9 3L :

Rutile stainless steel cored wire: clean application, aesthetic beads and easy-to-remove slag.

-Can be used in any position: particularly suitable for welding in the workshop or on site.

-High productivity: high welding speed without compromising quality.

-Perfect for corrosive environments: thanks to its composition (22% Cr, 9% Ni, 3% Mo + N), it is ideal for applications in harsh marine, chemical or industrial environments.

-Compatible with several protective gases: Ar+CO₂ or pure CO₂ depending on preferences and technical constraints.

-Meets duplex steel requirements: suitable for welding grades such as UNS S32205, S31803, etc.
