Why choose this fi fourré?

  • Optimized chemical composition
This wire deposits a filler metal containing around 25% chromium, 9% nickel, 4% molybdenum, as well as added copper and nitrogen, with a low carbon content. This composition ensures excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in aggressive environments.

  • Excellent weld quality
The FCW S D57L offers good bead appearance, excellent penetration and high productivity. What’s more, it guarantees excellent weld metal quality and radiographic test reliability.

  • Versatility of use
This wire is particularly suited to flat and horizontal positions, offering optimum performance in these configurations.

  • Compatibility with economical shielding gases
The FCW S D57L is designed for use with conventional, economical gas mixtures, such as argon with 15-25% CO₂, making it easy to integrate into a variety of welding environments.
