FCW TIC O
Flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding
Product description
Hardfacing flux-cored wire for arc welding without gas shielding
-Extra-hard hardfacing of parts subject to gouging and erosion wear with high impact loads
Product application instructions
APPLICATIONS
-FCW TIC O is designed for the hardfacing of parts subject to extreme wear conditions, particularly in ore and vegetable grinding. It can be machined by grinding only. High deposit thicknesses (50 mm or more) are possible. Preheating reduces the tendency to crack.
Examples
Used for parts that have to withstand wear and tear under extreme impact and stress: hammers and crushing rollers, excavator teeth, concrete mixers, equipment components for road construction, gravel and sugar cane processing.

Why choose this cored wire?
FCW TIC-O is a cored wire designed to offer exceptional resistance to extreme abrasion, even in the presence of moderate shocks.
It deposits a metal enriched with titanium carbides, which are very hard and stable at high temperatures.
This makes it the preferred choice for very severe working conditions. It can be used without gas, thanks to its self-protecting formulation.
Compatible with many steels, it is ideal for prolonging the life of wear parts. Last but not least, it offers very low deposit wear over time, even in intense abrasive environments.
