Why choose this cored wire?
FCW V 308H is a rutile stainless steel flux-cored wire specially developed for welding austenitic stainless steels type 304H / 1.4948, designed for high-temperature applications.
Thanks to its specific formulation, it guarantees excellent thermal resistance, good mechanical strength and a stable deposit in all positions.
The advantages of the FCW V 308H :
Enhanced high-temperature resistance: ideal for installations subject to severe thermal conditions (up to 550-600°C).
Suitable for 304H / 1.4948 / 1.4550 steels: composition complies with standards for welding on high-carbon stainless steels.
-Stable arc and regular cord: ease of use even in upward or overhead positions.
-Very low impurity levels: excellent metallurgical quality of the deposited metal.
-Self-detachable slurry, clean bead: reduces finishing operations.
-Compatible with standard gases (Ar + CO₂ / Ar + O₂): usable with conventional gases in MAG welding.
