Why choose this cored wire?

  • Chemical composition suitable for high temperatures
This wire deposits a filler metal containing around 25% chromium and 20% nickel, offering excellent resistance to oxidation and creep up to 1100°C.

  • Increased resistance to hot stress cracking
Thanks to its exclusive slag system and precisely balanced composition, FCW SB 310 ensures maximum resistance to hot stress cracking.

  • Excellent weld quality
This wire offers very good weldability, with a beautiful bead appearance, excellent radiographic quality, good ductility and high impact strength.

  • Optimum performance in flat and horizontal positions
The FCW SB 310 is particularly well suited to welding in flat and horizontal positions, guaranteeing high productivity in these configurations.

  • Use with economical gas mixtures
This wire is designed for use with conventional, economical gas mixtures, such as argon with 15-25% CO₂, making it easy to integrate into a variety of welding environments.
