Why choose this cored wire?
-
Excellent handling: the FCW V 22 9 3L is easy to use, even in difficult positions (vertical, ceiling), reducing stress on the welder and improving weld consistency.
-
Excellent soldering quality: the bead is clean, the visual appearance is well-groomed, and the slag detaches well, which saves finishing time.
-
High productivity: optimized to weld faster, without compromising quality – a clear advantage on sites with high production rates.
-
Compatibility with different protective gases: the FCW V 22 9 3L works just as well with conventional argon/CO₂ mixtures as with pure CO₂, making it adaptable according to available resources.
-
Duplex structure of the deposited metal: the deposit combines the advantages of austenite and ferrite, guaranteeing robustness and resistance in aggressive environments (chemical industries, offshore, etc.).
