The main property of the deposit is its resistance to metallic abrasion up to 550\u00b0C. The deposit is machinable after annealing at 750-800\u00b0C\/4 hours, followed by slow cooling. Can be hardened after machining to 50HRC (1100\u00b0C\/oil or compressed air). Smooth, splash-free melting, self-releasing slag.
